Portugal Retreat

Join Bibi for my 5th annual Ashtanga Yoga Europe Retreat, in the hills of Portugal. Give yourself the gift of time and come travel/study with me in the lush hills and ocean side of Portugal. Located 7km north of Lisbon in the picturesque village of Columbeira. Buddha Retreats is a beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and green hills, a place where guests can relax, recharge and slow down from the often fast-paced daily life and take care of body and mind. Enjoy vegan meals with ingredients out of their own veggie garden and buy fresh produce from the local markets. Relax, rejuvenate, and immerse yourself into your daily practice. Join me for a week of practice and adventure! We start the day with morning Mysore Practice, enjoy afternoon workshops to deepen your understanding and experience of practice and take free afternoons to explore the nearby beaches and villages. We will take one group excursion to Lisbon.

Buddha Retreats is passionate about yoga, surfing and healthy food. They prepare most of their meals with ingredients out of their own veggie garden and buy fresh produce from the local markets. They like to keep a family-feel so this retreat will be a small group of 15 guests, in a sustainable environment that is friendly for both nature and animals. Around the property there are beautiful hiking tracks and there is a horse riding school in the nearby village of Obidos. There is also a small bakery/cafe and a mini market in the village about a 5 min walk from the Buddha Retreats house
